HireNorm uses resume-based auto completion to improve applicant experience. Only PDF format resumes are accepted.
All the necessary fields will be extracted from the resume wherever possible. Applicants can choose to edit the fields if the extraction is incorrect.
A relevancy % score is computed using a Natural Language Processing algorithm that evaluates the applicant's resume against the details captured in the job listing. A score of 100% is treated as perfect match.
